“Trembita” guarantees its customers high quality of clothing and is fully responsible for its products.
Return, exchange or repair of goods, in case of product defects, is conducted in accordance with the “Law of Ukraine on Consumer Rights Protection”.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN
According to the legislation of Ukraine, the exchange and return of the goods is possible within 14 days from the moment of purchase of the goods.
The buyer has the right to return the goods:
– The item has not approached (by color or style, size, etc.);
– The product is defective or damaged by the manufacturer’s fault;
– The item was purchased according to inaccurate information about it.
Mandatory condition for exchange and return
– The item was not in use (new);
– It is important to have all the documents (labels, packaging, etc.);
– The presence of documents confirming the fact of the purchase (check shop).
But if at the moment the selected product is not available, he has the right to exchange the goods for any other, available at the store with the recalculation of the corresponding amounts of funds.
The buyer has the right to exchange goods for the same product at the first arrival of the product.
